The Prospective Licensee Confidence Program is designed to decrease the doubt, anxiety, and risk that prospective licensees sometimes feel when investigating a new business opportunity. We want to increase your confidence that you are engaging in a real, profitable, and supported business that fills a niche market and makes customers very happy.

The Licensee Confidence Program is designed to increase the chances of business success from DAY ONE. Every aspect of this program is geared to the needs of Licensee business owners and their teams. This program enables DRI Licensees to continue to learn, ask questions, get prompt responses, and collaborate on business best practices and techniques.

Training and Support

Learn at your Own Pace

We mean it! We want you to learn at a pace you’re comfortable with. We are now teaching select contractors how to do exactly what we have successfully been doing for years. We are a “hands on” company and that’s the way we teach, not by asking you to purchase books and CD’s. We will teach you and supply you with everything you’ll need to have and know about the “retrofit” waterproofing business. Outside of being a contractor, you need not possess any special qualifications or skills; just the ability and sincere desire to learn. Our business is not as difficult as one may assume, but proper training is critical. We can teach “retrofit” waterproofing to any contractor. All training is conducted at our Training Center in Northeast Tennessee. You will go through classroom sessions, as well as technical training over a three day period. We will take you through every step, from start to finish, making sure you understand each step. You’ll become extremely confident in a very short period of time. Our classes are limited to a very small number of contractors in order to make sure that proper attention can be given to each. Our preference is to train one-on-one, but we occasionally have classes with up to 3 or 4 contractors.
